We need to be cautious about the kind of information we decide to share

“Even after GDPR’s enactment and entering into effect we should remain careful towards the kind of information we decide to share” said Attorney at law Asen Velinov in the show DIRECT aired on the TV news channel Bulgaria On Air. He added that personal data is also considered to be the physical address, e-mail address as well as geolocation. After May 25th each person has the right to be forgotten, meaning that hers/his personal data can be erased as long as the opposite isn’t a specific regulatory requirement. The violation of such a requirement may entail severe penalties.
