Her work experience includes preparation of legal analysis in relation to the provision of information to the legislative process as a legislative research associate in the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria.
She has experience in advising Bulgarian and foreign legal entities in the field of commercial law and commercial transactions, including preparing legal opinions, performing legal analyzes (due diligence), advising on the legal aspects of foreign investment on the Bulgarian market.
Performs procedural representation in claims, security and enforcement proceedings before judicial bodies and arbitrations.
