On November 30, 2017, in the ballroom of the National Art Gallery, “Velinov & Partners” Consulting House celebrated its fifteenth anniversary.
“It is common for people to celebrate round anniversaries. We decided to be more unconventional and celebrate every 15 years. So I suggest that you save the same date for the celebration of our 30th anniversary – November 30, 2032. Do not think, however, that the date 30.11. is related to something specific because it is not. Only the year is significant, as me and Asen Velinov started working together in the distant year 2002“, with this speech one of the founders of the consulting house Svetoslav Gerdzhikov addressed the guests.
“Thanks for the day-to-day challenges you confide to us. It is an honor and privilege to face them and to overcome them with professionalism, ingenuity and unusual thinking”, added to the greeting the other founder – attorney-at-law Asen Velinov.
An important part of the event was a charity campaign aiming to raise funds and support the “Autism TODAY – Autism Today Association”. At the beginning of the evening, each of the guests was given the opportunity to donate funds for the campaign, and after calculating the donations, the event of Velinov and Partners managed to support the activity of the association with the sum of 5710 BGN.
The mission of “Autism today” is awareness of the society, legislative changes and the creation of a professional society in Bulgaria for highly qualified work with children from the autistic spectrum. The cause of the association is a cause that “Velinov & Partners” has been supporting for a long time.
The evening ended with the participation of the opera singer Edelina Kaneva, who sang Happy Birthday, crossing the hall and applauding the team. Each guest received a gift of a bottle of Georgievi Bros wine and a specially created for the anniversary newspaper containing interesting facts about the team of the consulting house.
The celebration was attended by more than 150 official guests, including well-known businessmen and guests from various spheres of public life.
