Effective July 12, 2024, amendments and supplements to the Ordinance for Specifying Irregularities Constituting Grounds for Imposing Financial Corrections, and the Percentage Indicators for Determining the Amount of Financial Corrections under the procedure of the Law on Management of Funds from the European Structural and Investment Funds in Shared Management, enter into force.
