The phased introduction of the AI Act begins, namely (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 laying down harmonized rules on Artificial Intelligence). The first phase of this process starts on February 2, 2025, with the application of Chapters I and II: Chapter One: General Provisions; Chapter Two: Classification of AI Systems.
